🔶 Mandatory Documents

  • Original Passport with 6 months validity (from the date of travel)
  • Duly filled and signed Form 14A (Visa Form)
  • 2 x Passport-size Photographs (Within 3 months)
  • First and last page xerox copy of current passport
  • Covering Letter (Purpose of travel, Travelling companions, and Travel Dates)
  • Form V39A or Letter of Introduction (If sponsored by a local individual or Singaporean company)

Financial Documentation:

  • If Salaried – 3 Months pay slips & 3 Months Salary bank statements
  • If Self-Employed – 3 Months company bank statements & GST Certificate or Incorporation documents & ITRs
  • If Retired – Pension slips / 3 Months personal bank statements / any other source of income proof
  • If Unemployed – 3 Months sponsor bank statements & sponsorship letter

Visiting Family/Relatives/Friends in Singapore:

  • Invitation Letter
  • Passport copy, Employment Pass copy, and Utility Bill for residence proof (or Rental Agreement)
  • Sponsorship Letter and 3 Months Bank Statements with sufficient funds (if sponsoring the applicant)

Optional Documents:

  • Prior Singapore Travel History (Passport Copy if possible)
  • Valid Visas of other countries (Xerox copies)

Additional Documentation:

  • Name Change (Not due to Marriage)

–  Deed Poll, Notarized Affidavit, or Government Gazette notification

  • Proof of Residence (if passport not issued in South India)

– Company Letter, Rental Lease Agreement, Utility Bills, etc.
